RV Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in diagnosing and repairing various systems within recreational vehicles. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work with both mechanical and electrical components. The RV Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including oil changes and inspections.
• Diagnose issues with RV electrical systems and provide effective solutions.
• Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems.
• Conduct repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with other staff to provide customers with information about service options and recommendations.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks as needed during repairs or vehicle maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RV technology.

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive repair, particularly with recreational vehicles.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems is essential.
• Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
