JOB SUMMARY:
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Momentec Brands’ business objectives. This role will oversee all information systems, data integrity, and cybersecurity initiatives, while driving digital transformation, operational integration, and technology innovation to meet growth targets. The CIO will also lead the technology organization, cultivating a high-performing, service-oriented IT team and fostering collaboration with business leaders to enhance customer experiences and optimize enterprise operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Develop and implement an integrated technology blueprint, ensuring seamless system integrations, optimal data models, and scalable platforms to support business growth.
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives, including the successful execution of the "O" Playbook and synergy targets.
- Oversee digital innovation projects, including multi-tenant migrations, e-commerce platform enhancements, and advanced customer experience tools.
- Establish and govern IT performance metrics tied to financial and operational outcomes, ensuring capital expenditure ROI aligns with organizational goals.
- Ensure cybersecurity and compliance through robust strategies, risk remediation, and enhanced resilience programs.
- Drive improvements in IT operations by optimizing infrastructure, minimizing technical debt, and implementing best-in-class SDLC practices.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with supply chain, marketing, and external agencies to support business objectives.
- Recruit, assess, and develop IT leadership and technical talent, creating a team of high-performing "A" players.
- Lead the implementation of customer experience tools, SKU rationalization, and other transformation initiatives.
- Champion the use of analytics for financial reporting, marketing channels, and e-commerce optimization.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, including executive roles.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise technology transformations and integrations, with measurable financial and operational outcomes.
- Expertise in developing IT and digital roadmaps aligned with business strategies, including advanced AI, analytics, and cloud-based platforms.
- Exceptional ability to manage IT OpEx and CapEx budgets to achieve P&L and EBITDA results.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Thorough understanding of IT operations, including cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure optimization, and business continuity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical goals into business value.
- Experience with supply chain and e-commerce technologies, including CPQ, 3D rendering, and integrated order management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management and enterprise adoption of new technology solutions.
- Familiarity with IT governance and vendor management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Some travel required.
