JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and building relationships with assigned customer accounts, focusing on both inbound and outbound calls. Responsible for increasing market share and sales dollars for Momentec Brands. Drive excitement of our large portfolio of brands through strategic engagements. This role is key to ensuring customers utilize our established processes efficiently while providing excellent support to foster long-term loyalty. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to meeting sales targets, leveraging strong communication skills to encourage repeat business and growth. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Acts as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing on-going support.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales within existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase market share and sales dollars.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to drive engagement and stimulate interest in new products, promotions, and opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to coordinate efforts and ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
- Monitor customer behavior to identify potential attrition risks and proactively address any issues with sales leadership.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through consistent performance and effective sales techniques.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Augusta Sportswear Brands and Founder Sport Group Product lines, including new and upcoming products.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices to maximize their experience and satisfaction.
- Follow established sales processes and company policies, ensuring consistency and efficiency in all interactions.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards goals.
- Gather and report to leadership market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvements based on customer interactions and market observations.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to stay informed and aligned with company objectives.
- Proactively identify and address challenges that may impact customer satisfaction or sales performance.
- Develop creative solutions to meet customer needs within the framework of company policies and capabilities.
- Support customers with educating them on the usage of our builders, provide samples, and proper sales and customer service support processes.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and deadlines.
- Be a champion for all our brands to promote the best options, price points, and services.
- Able to work reliably and independently on targets and goals.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers through both inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience using CRM software to manage and track customers interactions, sales activities, and account details preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with company offerings.
- Skilled in negotiating deals and persuading customers to choose our products and services over competitors.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and priorities effectively, while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRS software, and other sales tools.
- Sports or apparel background not required but preferred.
- 1-3 years selling experience is a plus.
- Efficient and organized, with ability to appropriately respond and react to customer needs; “hunter” attitude a plus.
- Attention to detail, with a critical eye for quality and accuracy.

- Occasionally, be able to lift/carry, push/pull up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to endure occasional movement bending, stooping, and reaching above shoulder level as needed for daily tasks.
- Occasionally climb stairs to multi-level work site.
