JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Line Manager for On Field will have the opportunity to help lead Momentec’s mission of ‘Outfitting Moments that Matter’. They’ll be responsible for leading and managing product strategy, consumer research, and the product creation process for all Uniforms and select Outfitting styles within the On Field product portfolio. This person will be accountable for driving the vision and execution for their product and categories from concept to commercialization. They’ll collaborate daily with key cross-functional partners in Product Development, Design, Sourcing, Sales, and Marketing to ensure they’re building the right product for our customers and consumers, while delivering on time, and hitting year over year growth and gross margin targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Develop the product line strategy for all sport categories and drive the development process ensuring the team hits all critical dates and milestones from concept to commercialization.
- Work with the Director of Product Management to create a product and innovation pipeline for each of the sports within the portfolio.
- Mine and analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal selling information to identify key trends that inform and drive future direction and decision making.
- Regularly report and communicate product line performance to partners and leaders within the organization.
- Work with Design, Development, and Sourcing partners to develop materials, fabrics, and trims that can be leveraged across the line architecture and adhere to the high quality standards established by Momentec and expected by the teams we outfit.
- Research and stay up to speed with trends in the Team Sport space as well as the competitive landscape within the industry.
- Showcase a deep understanding of the functional needs of athletes, their teams, and their sports to inform uniform designs and direction.
- Develop and build thorough Product Briefs on a seasonal basis that clearly articulate category strategies, product positioning, style level needs, as well as product pricing and margin targets.
- Present the product line at Momentec Sales Meetings in addition to supporting Sales during tradeshows and with key customers visits.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- BA in business management, textile development, or fashion & merchandising preferred.
- At least 3 years in Product Line Management, Retail Merchandising, Sales, or relevant Team/Sports-related industry.

- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- This is a hybrid/remote position based out of our Grovetown, GA office with weekly in office and work from home days.
WORK HOURS:
- Exempt: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
