JOB SUMMARY:
As the last step in the decoration process this position encompasses QC, packing, invoicing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have a great eye for detail, be computer/technology proficient, have strong work habits, enjoy working in fast-paced environment and as a part of a small team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Review customer orders by WO and identifying proper quantities listed for each item by style, size, color, and decoration.
- Prepares items for shipment in appropriate shipping boxes; packs merchandise by verifying that all parts pulled correctly.
- Ability to use ERP system (M3) and shipping software programs such as Global Ship, UPS World Ship, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.
- Accurately collate WO and shipping labels for each order assigned.
- Effectively package and ship products to customers and suppliers according to company process and standards.
- Ability to accurately enter data for invoicing and shipping.
- Run end of day systems report and trouble shoot any issues.
- Communicate across multiple teams and supervisor daily.
- Other duties may assigned as workload requires.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- Preferred, one year working in a production, QC, & shipping environment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

- Basic math skills for counting, tracking, and verifying products and orders.

- Time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to read and write in English, with sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity and label information.
- Intermediate computer skills (familiar with Windows based software).

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position works in a temperature-controlled production facility with multiple stationary embroidery equipment.
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time, Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM, with OT as requested.
- Overtime and weekend work may be requested during busy periods.
DRESS CODE:
- Dress appropriate.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
