JOB SUMMARY:
Verifies and records customer returns and purchase order items by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Identify information and count all merchandise sent back by customers using the return authorization record with discrepancies.
- Compiles daily reporting on an excel sheet and electronically submits to Managers.
- Record all specific and required information into computer database.
- Track any inventory transactions which are made through the returns process.
- Receive supplies for most departments and notify departments for pick up at designated location.
- Record internal supply purchase orders received into computer database.
- Evaluate customer repairs and have inspected by department supervisor to advise of lead time if parts are to be ordered.
- Book a repair order in system and retrieve the documents and labels to deliver to repairs department to complete request and returns back for final shipping.
- Manually load returned cartons, orders, and supplies from dock 5 when UPS and FDX trucks arrive, sort and stack on pallets, and use pallet jack to bring returns down to area through main aisleway.
- Open all cartons and take pack slips to check against purchase order when supplies are received and open all returns to verify and inspect.
- Collaborate and cooperate with customer care, shipping, and decoration departments to reach disposition of any unresolved issues.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following all standards and procedures safely.

- High school diploma or GED typically required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of M3 manufacturing software.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- While performing job duties, employees may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.

- Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
