JOB SUMMARY:
The role involves delivering exceptional account service to business partners and end users, fostering strong partnerships with customers. This includes overseeing all aspects of account activation, such as defining scope of work and resource needs, accurately predicting, and managing resources for achieving objectives efficiently. Long and short-term action plans are crafted, milestones are set, and deadlines adhered to, with ongoing monitoring and adjustments as necessary throughout project timelines. Project performance is systematically measured to identify areas for enhancement, culminating in the final delivery of setups and graphics to customers for activation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Leads all elements of account activation, as follows:
- Prepare scope of work and resource requirements.
- Predict resources and fulfillment requirements needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Create long and short-term timing and action plans.
- Establish milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Monitor progress and making adjustments as needed for all account-related projects.
- Measure project performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver final setups and graphics to customer for activation.
- Leads ongoing account operational management including:
- Assortment Planning
- New Product Development
- Private Label Branding
- Style Set Up
- Demand Planning
- Order Management
- Custom Packaging
- Fulfillment
- Inventory Management
- Online Store Set Up
- Account Profitability
- Leads communications with customers and internal constituents on key projects related to customer accounts including:
- Work closely with SBU’s and their managers to ensure they are completing their tasks on schedule and are addressing all parts of the project.
- Host and manage cross functional project calls.
- Communicate with leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Demonstrates ability to solve problems creatively, manage cross functional teams and have a deep understanding and connectivity to the customer assignments.
- Must be a team player and have a strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible within a team environment, as often the licensed sales and ecommerce customer works with short timeframes requiring team members to adjust to changing priorities.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2-5 years of business experience managing projects through a full life cycle.
- Experience with apparel manufacturing and distribution is beneficial.
- Must be able to work effectively with customers.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be self-motivated, solutions-oriented, flexible, and able to drive consensus and balance priorities effectively.
- Be open to feedback, learning from others and continuously improving one’s own skills and contributions.
- Familiarity with project management software tools such as Confluence, methodologies, and best practices.

- Occasionally climb stairs to multi-level work site.
- Periodic, 10-15% overnight travel.
- Travel includes Charlotte headquarters, customer headquarters and customer event locations.
