Experience
Candidates should possess a background in law enforcement or related fields, with experience in conflict management being highly beneficial. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. Familiarity with report writing is essential for documenting incidents accurately. A military background may also be advantageous due to the structured nature of the role.
