JOB TITLE: Assistant Professor of Graphic Design
JOB LOCATION: 2001 S. Summit Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57197 (Minnehaha County)
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for serving as faculty in Graphic Design. Specific duties include: (1) instruction of design and graphic design studio courses for majors and non-majors; (2) maintaining an active record of creative scholarship; (3) advising undergraduate students; and (4) providing service to the university community.
REQUIREMENTS: Masters of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related; 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer; demonstrated commitment to college-level teaching.
Interacting with students, faculty and leadership with different backgrounds and points of view and a deep appreciation of and respect for academic values and culture must be a top value of the candidate.
