Director, Annuity Product Management

The Director, Annuity Product Management will oversee the development and implementation of new products while optimizing existing product features to enhance profitability and value. Leveraging their expertise in annuity product management and design, they will craft innovative, competitive, and customer-focused solutions that align with the company's strategic goals and target market needs.

Your role and impact

• Supporting new and existing product development through research, data gathering, and managing product specifications as a subject matter expert across annuity lines.
• Leading product lifecycle stages, manage launches, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Serving as a project management lead, addressing execution inquiries and ensuring alignment across internal departments.
• Analyzing competitive trends and communicate advantages while staying informed on industry developments.
• Collaborating with marketing to create compliant sales tools, materials, and web content, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Conducting detailed reviews of marketing materials, policy forms, and digital assets for accuracy and compliance with evolving regulations.

What sets you up for success

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least five years of related experience in the annuity industry
• Extensive knowledge of annuity products and the annuity industry
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple, changing priorities
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, financial insight, and business judgment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with a wide variety of functions and levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software and tools
