What You’ll Do:
- Lead Financial Operations – Oversee all aspects of accounting, from accounts payable and receivable to payroll and revenue reporting.
- Ensure Accuracy – Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, adhering to GAAP standards and compliance regulations.
- Drive Financial Strategy – Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and data-driven insights to support hotel leadership.
- Streamline Processes – Manage month-end closings, tax filings, cash flow, and credit card processing with efficiency.
- Collaborate & Advise – Partner with department heads to develop budgets, analyze performance, and optimize financial decision-making.
- Implement Best Practices – Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and promote financial efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years of hotel accounting experience (full-service preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred but not required).
- Expertise in M3, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
