Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Casino Cage Cashier to join our team. As a Casino Cage Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our casino guests while accurately and efficiently processing financial transactions related to casino activities.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify all financial transactions related to casino activities including but not limited to cashing out tickets, making change for guests, and exchanging foreign currencies.
- Accurately balance cash drawers and prepare necessary paperwork to reconcile financial transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions, resolving disputes, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:Qualifications/Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
If none of the applicants should meet the stated qualifications, applicants whose education and experience are less than the stated requirements, may be interviewed and hired provided the applicant hired submits a formal written training plan within (30) thirty days which can be completed within a reasonable time agreed upon by the supervisor and the applicant. Applicants who are hired and fail to meet the agreed upon formal training program, will be discharged upon failure to complete the specified training as so scheduled.
