Responsibilities
- Business Development and Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, market research, and networking. Grassroots outreach is essential for success in this role.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Sales Presentation & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids customized to client needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales forecasts, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, highly organized, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline (preferred) or equivalent work experience in a revenue-generating role.
- 5 years of experience in direct sales.
- Experience in restoration/construction is a plus.
- Strong client-facing skills with a relationship-driven approach.
- Ability to engage effectively with adjusters, agents, and public adjusters.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
