Our client is a trusted industry leader in restoration, providing specialized solutions to support clients in critical situations. They collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver cost-effective services that minimize disruptions and add value. They are currently seeking a Business Development professional to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, market research, and networking. Grassroots outreach is essential for success in this role.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Presentation & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids customized to client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales forecasts, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.


Requirements

  • Positive attitude, highly organized, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline (preferred) or equivalent work experience in a revenue-generating role.
  • 5 years of experience in direct sales.
  • Experience in restoration/construction is a plus.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a relationship-driven approach.
  • Ability to engage effectively with adjusters, agents, and public adjusters.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
