As a Data Scientist at Augusto Digital, you will work closely with the Data Driven Insights Service Line Director to execute and deliver high-quality data solutions and work with our customers to develop strategic data insights. Your role will involve creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics, managing data warehousing, and ensuring effective data management practices. You will play a key role in helping our clients harness the power of data to drive growth and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Dashboard Development :
- Design, implement, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards that provide actionable insights for clients.
- Data Storytelling :
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives that non-technical stakeholders can understand, driving informed, data-driven decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Data Engineering :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clean, organized, and scalable data pipelines that support high-quality analytics.
- Reporting :
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to meet the informational needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Analytics :
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Data Warehousing :
- Assist in the design and maintenance of data warehouse solutions to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Data Management :
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data processes and systems.
- Collaboration :

- Statistical Analysis :
- Perform statistical analyses to guide decision-making and measure the impact of business strategies. Qualifications :
- Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience :
- 2-4 years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar.
- Understanding of the different cloud providers AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Experience with Salesforce Healthcloud or Salesforce Reporting

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets to derive meaningful insights.
- Communication Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
