We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to oversee the management and operations of our childcare facility. As the Director, you will be responsible for strategic planning, senior leadership, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the entire center
- Manage and oversee all aspects of facility operations, including hiring, training, curriculum, maintenance, special events, parent engagement, enrollment
- Lead and supervise a team
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing regulations and safety standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Experience:
Proven experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience in operations management and project management
- Ability to gain and maintain strong relationships with families.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
Must have:
~Minimum of Associates Degree in the Early Childhood Education field
~Be able to pass a background check
~Be able to pass a drug test
~Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Childcare leadership role.
