Job Title: Valet and Bell Services Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet and Bell Services Associate to join our team at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with parking and luggage transportation during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities
- Parking and Luggage Transportation: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, transport luggage to and from guest rooms, and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling and Computer Operations: Process payments, operate a cash register, and use a computer system to manage parking operations.
Requirements
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience working in a parking facility, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
