We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Vacation Consultant at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on travel options and amenities available at Disney destinations, as well as assisting Members in planning a customized trip that enhances their time and resources.
You will need to have fluency in both Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing), as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in real-time. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
A typical day in this role may include responding to phone inquiries from Members, assisting them with their travel plans, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest Disney news and offerings, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and Member satisfaction.
