Job Description: Valet Parking Overnight Shift
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our valet parking overnight shift team as a skilled and experienced professional. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while working closely with our bell services team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with their vehicles, including shuttles, buses, and other transportation
- Transport luggage and perform various tasks related to bell services
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues
Requirements:
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience working in a parking facility or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual preferred, knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language
Benefits:
The hourly rate for this position is $39 plus gratuities, and select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, including medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
