Aulani Spa Massage Therapist
We are seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our team at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii.
About the Role
This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work up to 40 hours per week during training. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while performing massages and other related services to guests for therapeutic and remedial reasons.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent professional massage treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Apply various substances to the guests body, including alcohol and lubricants, while maintaining proper sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all services and products offered by the spa, educating and training guests as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the treatment rooms and throughout the spa facility.
- Promote spa treatments, services, and programs to guests, handling questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
- Licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Hawaii.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with minimal supervision.
Additional Information:
The pay rate for this role is $14.25 per hour, plus commission and gratuities. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, including medical, financial, and/or other benefits dependent on the level and position offered.
