Nail Technician- Full

We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to provide exceptional guest service while offering professional nail, hand and foot treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with Spa protocols and accepted certification practices
• Care for equipment properly and use products efficiently to be cost-effective
• Educate and train guests on all services and products offered
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures
• Perform prep work, clean, and restock the room as required
• Promote spa treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs and promotions
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate and immediate responses to all requests ensuring complete guest satisfaction
• Attend ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about current spa trends

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently hold and maintain state Nail Technician license (with state of Hawaii)
• Excellent guest service skills and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Previous experience in a Spa or Hotel environment
• Ability to handle difficult situations with minimal/no supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred

Availability:

Part-Time: Available for a minimum of 3 full days per week, including weekends. Up to 40 hours per week during the training period.

Full-Time: Available 7 days a week, up to 40 hours per week.

Must be available to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
