Job Summary
The Nighttime Parking Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with parking and luggage transportation during the overnight shift. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Parking and Luggage Transportation: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, transport luggage to and from guest rooms, and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling and Computer Operations: Process payments, operate a cash register, and use a computer system to manage parking operations.
Requirements
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience working in a parking facility, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, including $39 per hour, plus gratuities. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
