The Role:
We are currently seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Overnight Valet Parking Professionals. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and available for retrieval at a moment's notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including luxury cars and other high-end transportation
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with bell staff to ensure seamless transitions between parking and check-in/check-out processes
Requirements:
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record (no tickets/accidents/moving violations in the past 12 months)
- Previous experience working in a parking facility, preferably with type service (airports, business office building, private parking structures)
- Excellent communication skills and high guest service expectations
