Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa. As a member of our spa team, you will provide exceptional guest service while administering professional facials, waxing services, and body treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer consistent professional facial and body treatments in accordance with Spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Care for equipment properly and use the right amounts of products to be cost-effective.
- Have complete knowledge of all services and products, educating and training guests as needed.
- Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
- Perform prep work and clean and restock rooms as required.
- Actively promote spa treatments, services, merchandise, and programs while meeting goals.
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
Basic Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Licensed Esthetician with State of Hawaii certification.
- Excellent guest service skills and enthusiasm for working with people.
- Previous experience in a Spa or Hotel environment is preferred.
Schedule Availability:
This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 3 full days of availability, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Compensation:
The hourly pay rate for this role in Hawaii is $15.00 per hour, plus commission and gratuities. Additional benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package.
