As a Disney Destination Expert, you are the essential link between our guests and our unparalleled Parks and Resorts in the US, Asia, Europe, voyages on the Disney Cruise Line, and trips to far-flung destinations through Adventures by Disney.
This position will report to the Member Services Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on travel options and amenities available at Disney destinations.
- Assist members in planning a customized trip that enhances their time and resources.
- Keep accurate records by documenting interactions on the computer.
You Will Have:
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- A high-speed internet connection and a private work environment at home located on the island of Oahu.
- The ability to help guests make the most of their vacation time and resources.
