You will work as part of a team to help guests understand the benefits of owning a Disney Vacation Club property. As a Vacation Club Guide, you will earn a salary plus commission, offering unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales information that inspires families to make a buying decision.
- Stay up-to-date with sales-specific training and ongoing professional development opportunities unique to the Disney brand.
- Capture high-interest leads through various sales and marketing tactics, including in-person and virtual interactions.
- Engage with guests from around the world using multiple formats: chat, virtual, phone, and onsite in-person conversations.
- Develop a sales pipeline through multiple lead-generation opportunities.
- Create a sales approach that drives revenue growth.
- Contribute to a team culture that values diversity and inclusion.
- Represent Disney Vacation Club and Disney Signature Experiences with professionalism and courtesy.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active and in-good-standing Hawaii Real Estate License.
- At least one year of experience in a competitive sales environment, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or vacation ownership.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to handle multiple lead opportunities daily.
- A proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- A dynamic, results-driven mindset with a can-do attitude.
- The flexibility to work at different locations as needed.
- Proficiency with Windows-based programs and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Full-time availability, including weekends, holidays, and variable shifts based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in spoken and written Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and members.
Education:
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- An active and in-good-standing Hawaii Real Estate License.
