What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vacation Consultant position at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa?
Imagine spending your day helping families plan the trip of a lifetime at the happiest place on earth. As a Disney Destination Expert, you will be the essential link between Disney Vacation Club Members and our unparalleled Parks and Resorts in the US, Asia, Europe, voyages on the Disney Cruise Line, and trips to far-flung destinations through Adventures by Disney.
This position requires fluency in both Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing) and the ability to help Guests make the most of their vacation time and resources. You will provide information to Members about various resorts, cruise ships, restaurants, and activities, assist them in planning a customized trip, and resolve any concerns they may have.
You will also stay updated with the latest Disney news and offerings to provide current information to Members. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and Member satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working from home, and be able to handle high-stress situations effectively. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
