Auntie Anne's Pretzels & Jamba Juice is bringing snacking to a new level, and we want YOU to join us! We are hiring immediately for Shift Managers & Crew Members to join our team for our newest location in San Antonio
We're looking for our next great team members to keep our stores running smoothly and successfully. Shift Managers and Crew Members are responsible for maintaining the Three-Fold Philosophy and operating standards, along with upholding Jamba Brand standards and policies.
- Qualifications:
Passion for the Jamba & Auntie Anne's brands and enthusiasm for learning more about products and nutrition.
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts.
Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F (walk-in cooler & freezer).
Responsibilities:
Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and quality products. A Team Member functions primarily as the main connection between Jamba Juice and the customer
Essential Functions:
- Deliver the ultimate customer service experience and impressions of the Jamba brand
- Clearly and concisely communicates product knowledge and information to all customers
- Responsible for customer product and service standards
- Fosters a positive, teamwork oriented environment
- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations.
- Follow all company operations policies and procedures
- Execute Jamba Juice’s & Auntie Anne's customer service standards:
- Greet and thank every customer with eye contact and a smile
- Recommend appropriate product to meet customer’s needs
- Enhance customer experience through engagement and sampling
- Respond to directions in an accurate and timely manner
- Adhere to all brands' food, safety and security guidelines while respecting company equipment
- Operates cash register and handles cash transactions while adhering to FDC cash handling policies
