Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

- Monitor inventory levels and help GM place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or shift supervisor in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel, catering, or banquet setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, food production processes, coffee brewing methods, and customer service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
