Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with scheduling, employee performance evaluations, and staff motivation.
- Ensure sales goals are met by driving team performance and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage shifts effectively and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
