There are 2 position: Part-time shifts can be from 10-5, 2-9, 4-9, or 5-9 and must be able to work weekends. Here are some specific responsibilities:
- Following rules and regulations of Auntie Anne’s store policies.
-Time management skills: assuring that all opening/closing procedures are performed
-Meet daily goals
-Monitor product quality and proper procedures
-In events of calling out or emergencies, need to contact and secure replacement
-Physical demand: able to stand for long period of time, able to lift 50lbs
-Providing excellent customer service, problem solving any customer complaints or concerns
-Helping with the long line
-Assuring that our pretzels are fresh, hot, golden brown
-Auntie Anne’s pretzel perfect guarantee
-Enough products available, but at the same time being aware of waste
-Assuring opening / closing procedures are done
-Time to get chores done weekly
-Food Safety (HACCP) are being followed
