Duties:

- Assist in managing staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and product freshness in accordance with Auntie Anne's guidelines.
- Support the Manager in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budget targets.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment for customers and promote Auntie Anne's products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Uphold Auntie Anne's brand standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Make Pretzels and clean the store
