We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. You will be responsible for food preparation, handling, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Your ability to engage with customers and promote menu items will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing customer orders accurately.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly service and upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and efficient service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
