Why This Role Matters:

As a Bilingual Behavior Technician, you’ll provide direct support that empowers children and their families. Your bilingual skills will help bridge communication, ensuring every child can thrive in a positive, engaging environment.

What You’ll Do:

· Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

· Work directly with children in homes, our clinic, and local schools.

· Collect and record accurate data on client progress.

· Create a supportive, safe, and fun learning atmosphere.

· Collaborate with families for skill generalization.

· Attend team meetings and training for continuous growth.

· Afternoon and evening availability required.

What We’re Looking For:

· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.

· Experience working with children preferred.

· Must be bilingual (Spanish required), with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel for in-person client sessions.

· RBT™ or BCAT™ preferred.

· Ability to complete paid ABA training.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Experience with children: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

License/Certification:

• RBT Certification (Preferred)
