What You’ll Do:
· Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and interventions as directed by a BCBA.
· Work one-on-one with children in their homes, at our clinic, or in schools.
· Accurately collect and record client progress data.
· Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
· Collaborate with families and caregivers for skill generalization.
· Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge.
· Afternoon and evening availability required.
What We’re Looking For:
· Registered Behavior Technician (RBT™) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®) or BCAT ™ through the Behavioral Intervention Certification Council (BICC®) preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (required).
· Minimum of 2 years in ABA implementation (required).
· Strong communication, teamwork, and independent work capabilities.
· Reliable transportation for in-person client visits.
