The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of pop-up events, Sales, and marketing functions, including customer communications, advertising, and experiential marketing.

This role is well-suited for both graduates and career changers looking to break into the industry. Comprehensive training will be provided, but we are seeking candidates with a creative flair,

excellent people skills, and a hunger for acquiring new knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Provide valuable support to the marketing team in the execution of experiential marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate in the implementation of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including day-to-day involvement in marketing campaigns, event promotions, and sales support.
• Cultivate and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products.
• Engage with customers, representing our clients with confidence, professionalism, and transparency.
• Comfortable hosting meetings and events and able to identify requirements, establish contacts, and develop schedules·
• Present at events and pop-up stands to potential customers
• Acquire new customers and manage contract signing at events
• Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate and coordinating the creation of new materials when necessary
• Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Handle inquiries and address minor objections with confidence.
• Keep track of sales interactions and provide valuable feedback to clients.
• Showcase promotional sales and top-notch customer service skills.

This is an on-site position, so daily commuting to our Rochester, NY-based office is required.
