The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for front office duties which can include greeting patients at the front desk in a pleasant, friendly, helpful manner and checking out patients when the office visit is complete. This position is responsible for efficient patient flow by ensuring that patient information is presented to the medical assistants in an accurate and timely fashion.

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for front office duties which can include greeting patients at the front desk in a pleasant, friendly, helpful manner and checking out patients when the office visit is complete. This position is responsible for efficient patient flow by ensuring that patient information is presented to the medical assistants in an accurate and timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate with patients and healthcare provider
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the EMR system
- Collect balances, deposits, and no-show fees
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, and posting on social media.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for patients
- Assist/run event planning and coordination
- Assist with Report of Findings Report and Intensive Treatment Contracts
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations and assist as needed in Chiropractic Assistant Role
