What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skilled Nursing position at Aura Health?

We are hiring part-time LPNs for our skilled nursing department. The LPN's primary role is to provide direct resident care while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting resident assessments and monitoring changes in condition.
  • Administering medications and monitoring for effects.
  • Triage emergency situations and provide first aid.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN License in Illinois.
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
  • Current CPR Card.
