• Collaborating with Physical Therapist Assistants
• Completing evaluations, care plans, and discharge paperwork

Requirements: Current Occupational Therapist Licensure, Bachelor's degree, ability to travel within a 40-mile radius, strong communication skills, and home healthcare experience preferred.
