- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT required if graduated after January 1, 2016.
- Must hold or be eligible for state PT license within 90 days of employment.
- CPR certification required within 90 days.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lift/push specified weights.
- Preferred APTA membership and willingness to work at multiple locations.
- Part-time, benefit-eligible position, M-F.
