Patient Care RN - MedSurg IMC

Responsibilities

Part Time Registered Nurse position at Kent Campus Hospital, requiring 32 hours per week on day/evening shifts. The RN will provide professional nursing care in an acute care setting, focusing on quality and safety. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct nursing care and developing patient-centered care plans.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and educating patients on treatment plans.
• Administering medications and performing wound care.
• Consulting with physicians and documenting patient care accurately.
• Delegating tasks to unlicensed staff and LPNs.
  
  

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelors degree in nursing, RN credential, and Basic Life Support certification. Specialty certification may be required. Experience in a relevant specialty is preferred.
