Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a nurse at Aura Health, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising nursing services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account residents' medical histories, needs, and preferences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care, including medication management, treatments, and therapies.
- Conduct regular assessments, documenting changes in resident condition, and communicating effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A current RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin.
- 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
