Education & Experience
- Guest Services : Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), and assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit : Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Security : Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting : Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration : Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Experience : 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Education : High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- Skills : Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
