Director of Nursing for LTC/SNF Services

We are actively seeking a Director of Nursing Services to lead our LTC/SNF nursing team in Albemarle, NC. This full-time leadership role offers a competitive salary range of $104,000 to $156,000 annually, plus bonus, benefits, and relocation assistance.

As the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in upholding resident rights and delivering exceptional care. You will oversee the nursing department, manage daily operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring adherence to resident rights and quality care standards

* Managing and scheduling nursing staff

* Developing and implementing personalized care plans

* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

* Maintaining accurate medical records

* Providing training and support to nursing staff

* Monitoring and maintaining high standards of care

* Staying current on nursing practices and regulatory changes

Qualified candidates will have:

* A current RN license in good standing

* Proven leadership experience in LTC/SNF settings

* Strong knowledge of resident rights and Medicare regulations

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* The ability to develop effective care plans

* Proficiency in documentation review and compliance
