Duties:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, supervising staff, and ensuring quality patient care
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Provide pharmaceutical care services to patients, including medication therapy management and counseling
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and medication therapy
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance pharmacy operations

- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medication administration, and utilization review
- Experience in areas such as IV infusion, ER, ICU, pain management, and pharmacy residency is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
