Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
- Track patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising physical therapist.
- Ensure the maintenance of treatment records and patient documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy space.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Massachusetts.
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy settings preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
