Position Overview:
We are currently seeking CNAs to join our team in a Residential Group Home setting. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to residents within the Boulder/Longmont Area. The staffing ratio is 4:1, ensuring personalized attention and care for each individual.
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Shifts: Day and Night shifts offered
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medication under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Colorado
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a residential group home or similar setting preferred, but not required
