LTC CNA night shift

Job Opportunity: Night shift CNA Long Term Care Facility (Red Cloud, NE)

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Red Cloud, NE

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours: 36-hour guarantee per week

Pay Rate: $28 per hour

License Requirement: Must have an active CNA license in Nebraska

Certification Requirement: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through AHA

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our long-term care team in Red Cloud, NE. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily activities, and ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient conditions
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support with meal preparation and feeding as necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes to the nursing team
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license in the state of Nebraska
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
