Job Description :
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for per diem opportunities in the healthcare field? Join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents at a long-term care facility in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. We are currently seeking Night RNs to provide quality care and support during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities :
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatments.
Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate staff.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Adhere to all facility and agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Current and unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous experience in a long-term care setting is a plus.
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Reliable and dedicated to providing quality care.
BLS certification is required.
