Speech Language Therapist – 13-Week Contract | Pueblo, CO
Weekly Pay: Up to $2,326 (Travel) | Local Pay: Up to $55/hr

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in a rehabilitation setting in Pueblo, CO. This role offers the potential for temp-to-perm placement and the opportunity to make a real impact in patients’ lives.

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation (Travelers):

Taxable Rate: $27.00/hour

Lodging Stipend: $770.00/week

Meals Stipend: $476.00/week

Total Weekly Gross: $2,326.00
Local Candidates:
- Pay up to $55.00 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to patients with communication, language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders
- Work with patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, or other neurological conditions
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and exercises
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
Requirements:
- Active state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehab setting
