About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Security Partnerships to lead, grow, and optimize AURA’s security
response network across the U.S. This role is responsible for expanding our vetted security
supplier network ("supply"), managing key partnerships, and building a team of Supply
Account Managers to ensure smooth operations at scale.
This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role at a fast-growing company. The Director will
define and execute the strategy for growing our network of security partners, improving
performance, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategy to expand, onboard, and optimize AURA’s vetted
security partner network across the U.S.
Establish and maintain relationships with high-value security providers, ensuring long-term
success.
Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Supply Account Managers to drive supplier
engagement and operational excellence.
Use data-driven insights to improve response times, efficiency, and supplier retention.
Work closely with the Operations, Sales, and Product teams to enhance platform
capabilities and supplier experience.
Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive operational improvements in a fastmoving
environment.
Set performance standards for security partners and hold them accountable for service
levels.
Travel as needed to meet with key partners, attend industry events, and support
regional expansion efforts.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in security operations, partnerships, or account management, preferably
in a marketplace, security, or gig-economy business.
Proven experience growing and managing a partner network (B2B, vendors, or
suppliers).
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and
collaborate with external partners.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize
performance.
Leadership experience with the ability to build, manage, and scale a high-performing
team.
Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges in a
fast-paced startup environment.
Comfortable working with platforms, dashboards, and operational tools.
